Candidate training session.
The strongest predictor of a Republican winning a race is whether a Republican is running in it. Recruitment is the most leveraged work in politics, and most party institutions are not set up to do it.
A first-time candidate has the same job a sitting senator has — raise money, hire staff, build a message, withstand attacks — but none of the institutional support. Most lose, not because they were wrong about the issues, but because the work of running a campaign is unforgiving for those doing it for the first time.
Elect Republicans recruits the candidates the country needs, trains them on a weekly cadence with a permanent archive, and equips them with the templates and toolkits other campaigns rebuild from scratch. Today’s state senator is tomorrow’s governor; today’s school-board candidate is tomorrow’s state senator. Build the bench.
Five programs under the Resources pillar.
Free for endorsed Republican candidates. The full-cycle support a first-time campaign cannot otherwise build.

Candidate Recruitment
PlannedFinding the Republicans who should be running.
The most leveraged work in politics happens before the campaign starts. ERPAC identifies and recruits Republican leaders for competitive seats, open primaries, and the races where Republicans aren’t running candidates at all. A strong candidate filed is worth more than every consultant fee that follows.
Delivers · Active recruitment in targeted seats, plus a published wishlist each cycle.
- 02
Candidate Training
PlannedWeekly live training, plus a permanent archive.
Fundraising, messaging, field, communications, compliance — taught by senior operatives who have actually run campaigns. Weekly live sessions plus a complete on-demand archive any candidate or staffer can use any time. The professional curriculum a first-time Republican candidate could not otherwise afford, made free.
Delivers · Weekly live training sessions plus a permanent video archive.
- 03
Campaign Toolkit
PlannedThe artifacts every campaign rebuilds from scratch.
Fundraising plans, communications calendars, press templates, finance compliance worksheets, GOTV playbooks. Every Republican campaign needs them; most below-federal campaigns rebuild them from zero, often poorly. ERPAC publishes the templates as production-grade starting points, free for any Republican campaign that wants to start from a working draft instead of a blank page.
Delivers · Open library of templates and playbooks, kept current.
- 04
In-Person Training Events
PlannedRegional gatherings for staff, candidates, and operators.
Periodic in-person training events convening Republican party-committee staff, candidates, and the operators who run their campaigns. The cross-pollination that produces working relationships and shared playbooks across the network — the kind of room top-tier consultants charge thousands of dollars to attend.
Delivers · Regional and national events, scheduled by cycle priorities.
- 05
Press & Media Support
PlannedA press shop most below-federal campaigns cannot afford.
Press releases, op-ed placements, reporter briefings, statement drafting. The communications work that compounds across cycles when done well — and that most state and local Republican campaigns have no in-house capacity to handle at all. ERPAC provides the shop.
Delivers · Press releases on the wire, op-eds placed, reporter relationships maintained.
Sponsor the Program
Build the Republican bench.
Major-donor sponsors fund recruitment, training, mentorship, and the toolkit every Republican campaign needs. The candidates ERPAC trains today are the senators and governors of the next decade.
