Elect Republicans (FEC ID #C00747170) operates this Site to inform, organize, and connect grassroots Republicans with critical campaigns. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

These terms also apply to our affiliated committees: RPAC (FEC ID #C00792234) and RSC (FEC ID #C00792226).

Use of the Site

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Donations

All donations are processed securely through WinRed. By making a donation, you confirm that:

• You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
• The funds are your own and not provided by another person or entity
• You are at least 18 years old
• You are not a federal contractor

Contributions are not tax-deductible. Contribution limits and reporting requirements apply per FEC regulations.
