2026 / 2028.
How Elect Republicans plans to deploy capital, build infrastructure, and elect Republicans across the next two cycles.

Elections compound. The candidate recruited in 2026 is the senator elected in 2032. The training program built this cycle produces the campaign managers running every Republican race in 2030. Year-round work — done at institutional scale, owned by an institution that exists past the next election — is the operating logic of long-term political success.
For decades, Republican capital has moved cycle by cycle, race by race, with the infrastructure rebuilt from scratch each time. Democratic operations resolved this problem fifteen years ago. Republican operations are still resolving it.
Elect Republicans is built to operate at the cadence the work demands — year-round, multi-cycle, coordinated across every program we run. The two-cycle plan below is how we intend to deploy that posture into outcomes.
Three planks for the cycle.
- 01
Hold the House. Hold the Senate.
Bundle major-donor capital into the incumbents and challengers who hold the House and Senate majorities. ERPAC concentrates dollars where the math is tightest and where every additional contribution moves the probability of a Republican Congress in January 2027.
- 02
Win the highest-leverage races.
Direct contributions and independent expenditures, deployed against the small set of House and Senate races that decide control. Grassroots Connect turns major-donor IE spend into small-dollar lift for the candidates running them. Capital where it matters most, measured against outcomes.
- 03
Stand up the operating substrate.
The Capital pillar runs at scale this cycle: bundling, direct giving, IEs, and Grassroots Connect operating as a single coordinated machine. Training, in-person events, and research ship inside the cycle as scaffolding — the year-round program the 2028 cycle inherits, on day one, already built.
Three planks for the cycle.
- 01
Cement the majority.
A presidential cycle is the highest-leverage moment in American politics, and a Republican majority that holds through 2028 is a generation-defining outcome. The work in 2026 is the precondition; the work in 2028 is the consolidation — Capital deployed at full strength, into the races that decide the country.
- 02
Recruit the bench through 2032.
Candidate recruitment is a 2028 flagship. Today’s state senator is tomorrow’s governor; today’s school-board candidate is tomorrow’s state senator. ERPAC’s Resources pillar — recruitment, weekly training, in-person events, the campaign toolkit — produces the candidates the Republican Party will field in 2030 and 2032.
- 03
Operate at scale.
By 2028, four pillars run as one operation. Capital, Tools, Resources, and Research — joint fundraising, integrated programming, a single operating discipline across every program the committee runs. The work that compounds across cycles is the work we own.
The work that compounds is the work we fund.
Most political capital moves to the candidate in front of the cycle. Some of it should — campaigns need to win. But the capital that returns the most over twenty years is the capital that builds infrastructure: candidates who get re-elected, training pipelines that produce next year’s recruits, research operations that compound across races, software that ships once and serves forever.
Major donors who underwrite the year-round program are funding the compounding layer. The work doesn’t end on Election Day; it begins again the morning after.
