Ian Patrick Hines has worked in Republican digital, fundraising, and political consulting for more than a decade.
In 2012, he joined NationBuilder as a Tech Organizer. From 2013 to 2015, he worked as an independent NationBuilder consultant. He has been a Certified NationBuilder Expert & Architect since 2013.
Since 2015, Ian has independently advised Republican candidates, party committees, and PACs on online fundraising, website design, software development, training, and political strategy.
Over the last decade, he has counseled more than a dozen statewide campaigns and federal candidates up and down the ballot. He has served the state Republican parties of California, Florida, Iowa, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, and Wyoming.
Ian served as senior digital and fundraising aide to then-NCGOP Chairman Michael Whatley. He ran the digital and small-dollar fundraising operation for the North Carolina Republican Party.
Under that program, the NCGOP became consistently one of the top Republican state parties on WinRed.
Ian has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars directly for President Donald J. Trump.
Across his career, he has raised more than five million dollars for Republican candidates and committees through WinRed alone — and millions more across the platforms that came before.
