Republican operations team at work.

Elect Republicans funds Republican candidates directly and runs the year-round programs that elect them. Capital flows in two directions at once: into the campaigns and committees that win the seats Republicans need to win, and into the infrastructure those campaigns depend on but cannot afford to build for themselves.

Four programs sit under that operation — Capital, Tools, Resources, and Research. The Capital pillar is the flagship: bundling, direct contributions, independent expenditures, and the major-donor-underwritten advertising program that connects Republican candidates to small-dollar donors at scale. The other three are the infrastructure layer — the software the modern Republican Party needs for victory, recruitment and training pipelines, and the always-on opposition research and rapid response that every campaign needs and most cannot afford.

The work is reported to the FEC on schedule. The full programmatic detail is on Our Work.

Who runs it.

Elect Republicans is led by its founder, Ian Patrick Hines, Executive Director. Ian has spent more than a decade in Republican digital, fundraising, and political consulting, including as senior digital and fundraising aide to then-NCGOP Chairman Michael Whatley.
