Election Integrity.
Self-government depends on elections that mean what they say. Clean rolls, verifiable ballots, identification required.

The integrity of an election is the integrity of consent. A republic in which voters cannot trust the count is a republic on borrowed time. Every other policy debate — taxes, schools, foreign policy — assumes that the people who win them won them.
Republicans do not dispute outcomes. We dispute systems that make outcomes unverifiable. Voter ID, clean rolls, paper ballots, observable audits — these are not partisan demands. They are the procedural minimums of consent.
Elect Republicans funds the candidates who legislate that clarity at the state level — and the year-round research, data, and litigation infrastructure that holds the line where it has to be held.
The integrity floor every state should clear.
- 01
Voter ID, every election.
A photo ID is required to board a flight, fill a prescription, or check into a hotel. It belongs at the polling place too — and the polling is clear: voters of every party agree.
- 02
Clean voter rolls.
Maintained rolls are the foundation of a clean election. The dead, the moved, the duplicated, and the ineligible should not be on them. The law already requires this; states must enforce it.
- 03
Verifiable ballots, audited results.
Every ballot should produce a paper trail an auditor can count. Every result should be verifiable by an independent observer of either party. Trust follows transparency.
- 04
End mass mail-in voting.
Absentee ballots are for the truly absent — the deployed servicemember, the medically homebound, the citizen genuinely unable to be at the polling place. Universal mail-in voting is a different system, with different security properties, and it should not be the default.
- 05
Citizen-only voting.
The franchise is the inheritance of citizenship. State constitutions, federal forms, and registration practice should reflect that — without exception and without ambiguity.
- 06
Transparency in machines and software.
The systems that count the ballot are public infrastructure. They should be auditable, independently reviewable, and accountable to the public — not protected behind trade-secret claims that block oversight.
