A graduate of Adrian College, Rogers began his career as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army before joining the FBI as a special agent, where he investigated public corruption cases. Rogers served Michigan's 8th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives from 2001 to 2015.
